By Dixie I know, I know, you are flat out broke. Been there. More month than money most of the time, right?
I bet you can find more money than you think…Here’s a simple test. Do a quick sweep of your house and car. You WILL find:
Unorganized money: leaving money crumbled up in your pocket, junk drawers, old purses, couch cushions, car cup holder (you KNOW you do this). It may just look like a tiny bit of cash, but I bet you can find $5 right now. As a future hint, straighten those bills out neatly in your wallet each time, and put change in your purse or pocket. It will lessen the chances that you will misplace your money. Every little bit adds up.
Christmas and birthday gift cards: Look again in your wallet. Any old gift cards with a little cash left on them? A Consumer Reports survey noted that one quarter of adults still had not used at least one gift card they received.
So what to do with those partially used gift cards that only have a few dollars left on them? Here are a couple of options:
1. Redeem or sell them on places like plasticjungle.com or cardpool.com.
2. Invest as little as $25 at places like Goldmine.com.
Wasted money: Do you really, really need that $4 Starbucks every morning? How about the McMuffin at the drive through or the $6 fast food meal at lunch? How about do one or two less, brown bag or at least order something cheaper for a couple of days a week. It adds up. You could probably find at least $20-$30 a week this way without too much pain.
Finally, look for ways to make extra income. Maybe a few hours work on a weekend or even as much as a part time job…
And finally, Google the term ‘passive income’.
There are ALWAYS ways to find a little bigger pot of gold.

I mean Finding mo Money | Stuff I Wish I Had Known is kinda plain. You should peek at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they create news headlines to grab people to open the links.
You might add a related video or a related pic or two to
grab readers interested about what you’ve got to say. Just my
opinion, it could bring your blog a little livelier.
